The VIP Experience:

This includes the full-time Virtual Executive Assistant service from a team. (Up to 8 hours per day)

This package is best suited for the business owner, the full-time speaker, the non-profit owner, the person building a brand.

 

Services include:

  • Manage schedule and be the point of contact for inquiries, speaking engagements, etc.

  • Creating and editing documents as necessary.

  • Research, book, and reserve travel as necessary.

  • Write weekly Newsletter copy.

  • Producing graphics as necessary (via Canva).

  • Managing e-mail correspondence.

  • Organizing e-mail box.

  • Social media management (Up to 3 posts a week on two social media platforms)

  • Research as requested.

  • Website updates on WordPress or Squarespace.

 

 

The Mission Assistant:

This includes part-time Virtual Executive Assistant service from a team to serve your mission. (Up to 4 hours per day)

 

Services include:

  • Managing schedule and being the point of contact for inquiries, speaking engagements, etc.

  • Creating and editing documents as necessary.

  • Research, book and reserve travel as necessary.

  • Weekly Newsletter creation

  • Producing graphics as necessary (via Canva).

  • Managing Email correspondence.

  • Organizing e-mail box.

  • Social media management (Up to 3 posts a week on two social media platforms)

Launch Week:

This includes full-time Virtual Executive Assistant service for one week as you launch your mission and vision to the world.

This package is best suited for the business owner, the full-time speaker, the non-profit owner, the person building a brand.

 

Services include:

  • Event management: Being the point of contact to make sure your launch runs effectively

  • Working with you to make sure all is in place for your run of show for launch day.

  • Manage event follow-up.

  • Creation and management of “Launch Week” Trello Board for accountability.

  • Managing Email correspondence.

 

 

The Project Assistant:

This includes a virtual executive assistant to service your project to completion.

This package is best suited for the person who has a simple project that needs to be completed and needs assistance along the way. This package allows you, the client to pay through billable hours up to 10 hours per week.

 

Services include:

  • Producing graphics as necessary (via Canva).

  • Managing Email correspondence.

  • Organizing e-mail box.

  • Social media management (Up to 2 posts a week on two social media platforms)

  • Research as requested.

  • Website updates on Wordpress or Squarespace.

 

 

Virtual Event Planning

This includes a virtual event planner to service your project to completion.

This package is best suited for the person who has a virtual or in-person event to plan and needs assistance along the way. This package allows you, the client to pay through billable hours up to 10 hours per week.

 

Services include:

  • Cost comparison research of virtual event platforms or in-person venues

  • Strategy on the purpose of events

  • Logistical support to include:

  • Setting up the web platform logistics

  • Writing of any content for the event

  • Writing email copy for your mailing list

  • Creating assets (social media, presentation deck, etc)

  • Social media strategy & assets specifically for the event
