Refund and Fulfillment Policy


Refund Policy-

Contracted services that have not yet been delivered are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Most exchange requests will be honored, but some services are subject to an expiration date.

Fulfillment Policy-

Contracted services will be scheduled and delivered according to availability provided on the scheduling calendar; the client is responsible for scheduling services.

Cancellation Policy-

If either of us needs to cancel or reschedule, we agree to let the other know at least 24 hours ahead, except in an emergency. There is no refund or guarantee to reschedule appointments missed without prior notice.

Transaction Currency-

The prices on your contract are posted in USD.

Transaction Fulfillment Security-

We are PCI-compliant. All online orders are processed safely and securely through Stripe Payment Form with HTTPS Level Security (www.stripe.com). All credit card/debit card data, including VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER, entered through the checkout payment form, is securely sent directly through Stripe‘s private encrypted servers.
